Refund & Cancellation Policy

Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO

Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO is committed to providing a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms.



1. Company Service Fees

Company service fees, including planning, organization, coordination, administration, and customer support, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
These fees become due immediately upon booking confirmation.



2. Third-Party Supplier Costs

Third-party supplier costs may include, but are not limited to:

Hotels
Flights (if applicable)
Transportation
Tours and activities
Attraction entrance fees
Other travel-related services provided by third parties

These costs are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers.



3. Customer Cancellation

If a customer chooses to cancel a booking:

Refundable supplier charges will only be refunded if approved by the respective supplier.
The Company’s non-refundable service fees will be deducted from any refundable amount.
Any charges classified as non-refundable by the supplier cannot be refunded.



4. Cancellation Within Seven (7) Days

If a booking is cancelled seven (7) days or less before the scheduled departure date or service date:

All third-party supplier costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise approved by the supplier.
Company service fees remain non-refundable.



5. Cancellation by the Company

If Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO cancels a trip or service due to reasons within the Company’s control, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.



6. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Border closures
Airline cancellations
Political unrest
Severe weather conditions
Any event beyond the Company’s reasonable control

In such cases:

The Company will request refunds from the relevant suppliers whenever possible.
Any refundable amount received from suppliers will be refunded to the customer after deducting any non-refundable Company fees.
If no refund is received from the supplier, the Company may issue a travel credit for future bookings where applicable.



7. Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds do not include:

Bank transfer fees
Payment gateway charges
Currency conversion fees
Administrative fees (where applicable)

These charges are non-refundable.



8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment provider, or third-party supplier.



9. Acceptance

By making a booking or completing a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
