Terms and Conditions:

Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any trip, tour, package, or service offered by Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

The Company specializes in organizing women-only group travel experiences and customized travel packages. Services may include accommodation, transportation, activities, tours, itinerary planning, and travel coordination.

2. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit is received.
Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
Completing a payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

The Company works with independent suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, activity operators, and local guides.
While the Company carefully selects its partners, it is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of third-party providers.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

Ensuring they possess valid travel documents, passports, visas, and permits.
Complying with local laws and regulations.
Providing accurate personal and contact information.
Following the instructions of the trip leader and local service providers.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the trip activities.
The Company is not liable for any illness, injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip.

6. Changes to Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities, or schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Company Fees

The Company’s planning, coordination, management, and administrative fees are considered earned upon confirmation of the booking and are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the Company’s Refund Policy.

Company fees are non-refundable.
Recoverable third-party costs may be refunded subject to supplier policies.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
If the Company cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
In cases of force majeure, refunds will be limited to recoverable amounts received from suppliers.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

10. Photography & Media

The Company may capture photographs and videos during trips for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the Company in writing before the trip.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the booked service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Acceptance

By making a booking, payment, or participating in any trip organized by Travel Voyage by Maryam – FZCO, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
