7. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an organizer and coordinator between customers and third-party suppliers.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage loss, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, or other third parties.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate booking information.
Following the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Respecting travel schedules and supplier policies.
Complying with all reasonable instructions provided by the Company during the booking and travel process.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in the event of misuse, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

A valid passport.
